Thomas has been expanding on his technique of color and shading for some time now. These paintings are purchased and loved by many. He has created multiple sets of different buoy combinations, which are available as archival canvas prints and yet so many take advantage of his gift for creating personal original buoy paintings. So often a collector will want Thomas to create a combination of the buoy paintings to match their specific environment by sending him photos of the paint colors in their homes or different design aspects of their space. He has even been asked to add monograms to the paintings or a special name. Thomas enjoys painting all types of subjects, but I would say his adored subject is a nautical vibe. One of the best qualities of the buoy art is the ability to add color and texture to a space without competing with existing art in the space. The simplicity of the buoy paintings bring a calming presence to the environment so I can see why so many are attracted to these particular pieces.

We have been tossing around the idea of heading to the east coast in 2024 to expand our art shows. Not only will it be enjoyable to meet new people, but to have the time to revisit some of our special places and add on to our ever growing body of artwork.
